- Operational Monitoring: 24/7 AI-IMS integrated with artificial intelligence and smart cameras.
- Environment: 35 hectares of green space and 5.5 hectares of water surface, creating a fresh and eco-friendly working environment.
The project is designed flexibly for various sectors: electronics, high-tech, mechanical manufacturing, logistics, supporting industries, and semiconductors. Specifically, there is a
dedicated sub-zone for high-tech and semiconductors, aligning with Phu Tho’s strategy to attract high-quality FDI.
