The project features a centralized AI–IMS (Artificial Intelligence – Integrated Management System) that operates 24/7, serving as the management and coordination platform for the entire park. Furthermore, the water supply, drainage, and wastewater treatment infrastructure are robustly invested with a capacity of 20,000 m³ per day. This system is implemented as a closed-loop circular model, ensuring it meets Vietnam’s Class A environmental standards while also allowing for the efficient reuse of water resources within the park. This is a strategic solution for businesses with water-intensive production processes or those aiming for green certifications such as LEED, EDGE, or ISO 14001.

The park’s electricity supply is directly connected to the national grid via two 110kV lines, with a total capacity of 4×63 MVA, guaranteeing a stable, continuous, and safe power supply even during peak loads or external system disruptions. The proactive investment in a dedicated medium-voltage substation and parallel connections helps minimize the risk of production interruptions and meets the high power demands of industries requiring a stable power source, such as metal casting, precision mechanics, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Regarding landscape planning, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park allocates over 29 hectares for greenery and a 5.5-hectare regulation lake, which helps regulate the microclimate and creates a pleasant working environment for employees.
